Mr. Ebin Draper is the Deputy Director of Concentric Educational Solutions (CES). Mr. Draper’s role is to support the executive director in the development and implementation of CES’s Theory of Action. Mr. Draper brings his passion, leadership, knowledge and experience in education to the CES Team. Mr. Draper is devoted to working with school leaders to increase student achievement.
Mr. Draper has a wide range of experience in education. He worked for Baltimore City Public Schools as a media specialist, coach, elementary teacher, and high school teacher for five years. He also worked as an administrator for three years at Atlanta Public Schools and an assistant high school special education math teacher for two years at Baltimore County Schools.
Mr. Draper’s passion for education and the youth stems from his own childhood and the impactful role education played in his life. Mr. Draper came from humble beginnings as a child of teenage parents. He uses his childhood experience as a testimony to help encourage the youth of today. He is very committed to the vision, mission and work of Concentric Educational Solutions. Mr. Draper graduated from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania with a major in Computer Science. He went on to receive his Master of Arts in Teaching from Kaplan University.
